10 Reasons Why Dawn of the Dead Remake Sucks
8. The Underground Parking Lot The underground parking lot is apparently filled with the walking dead... I'm assuming by survivors who figured they had no use for anything in the mall and just hid in the underground tunnels of the massive mall. Unaware they were down there after months of making plenty of noise in the mall, the group is forced to go down in to the underground tunnel/basement/parking lot to restore power to the generator. We're told the mall is computer automated, and then it's run by a fifties generator. Okay, then. So after making a lot of noise and losing one of their own, the group are ambushed by hordes of walkers and trapped in the gates that house the generator. There, they shoot some of them and proceed to lay waste to the others by lighting them on fire. So, did they get rid of all of them? Were there less zombies than the movie made it seem? What happened to the ones that ate CJ's partner? How did the walkers get in to the parking lot if the doors were closed on both ends? How did they get out of the gates, low on ammo, if burning zombies doesn't kill them, but merely slows them down?
