10 Ridiculous Captain America: Civil War Rumours We Hope Aren't True

The Rumour: Despite almost every popular iteration of Spider-Man having Peter Parker building his own web shooters, a report from Latino Review last year stated that Peter required Tony Stark's resources and expertise in order to get his hands on the iconic devices.

How Likely Is It?: Actually fairly plausible, but at the same time, it would undermine a small yet significant part of Parker's origin story; that he's intelligent enough to build the web shooter on his own.

The reality is probably something in-between, like Peter building an extremely crude version before Tony overhauls the design and makes it look sexy and cool. That wouldn't be so bad, but if Tony does all the heavy lifting for Peter, that's going to be a little disappointing. Some elemental aspects of iconic characters are better left unchanged. 6/10
