11. Codpiece Revolver - Desperado/From Dusk Till Dawn/Machete Kills (1995-2013)
Another Robert Rodriguez creation, and one that has cropped up in several of the director's projects over the years. First glimpsed in Antonio Banderas' guitar case during Desperado way back in 1995, the codpiece revolver was finally revealed in all of its glory the following year in From Dusk Till Dawn, sported by Tom Savini's fittingly-named Sex Machine. Clearly based on the male anatomy, the spring-loaded (get it?) double-barreled revolver has been a recurring guest star in several Rodriguez projects over the years. One of the most ludicrous weapons ever put on film, it was most recently used by Sofia Vergara in Machete Kills, presumably to complement her machine gun double D's.
I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
