As seen in the prologue to The Last Crusade, Henry Jones Jr's predilection for using a bullwhip began at a young age. Little did he know that decades later it would come in incredibly handy to escape from danger and take on enemies as he became a globe-trotting archaeologist raiding lost arks, traversing temples of doom or... looking for kingdoms of the crystal skull. Harrison Ford apparently became incredibly proficient when wielding the bullwhip, with a crew member remarking that he had become so good that he could 'shave George Lucas with it'. As much a part of the character as the iconic fedora or dry one-liner, Indiana Jones' talent with the bullwhip extends to disarming attackers, swinging across chasms and holding on for dear life to the underside of moving vehicles, saving his life plenty of times across the classic trilogy. And the fourth one.
I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
