Though news of it had sadly been leaked long before the film came out, it was still an incredible surprise for most people when they sat down to watch Fast and Furious 6 and were greeted with one of the greatest credit sequences in recent memory. We're shown the events of Han crashing his car in Tokyo Drift, before new footage reveals the identity of the assailant, action maestro Jason Statham. When I saw the film, this was met with a lot of gasps and utterances of "Holy s***!", and ended the film on an extremely satisfying yet curious note. Statham's line of "You don't know me, but you're about to" to Dominic Toretto over the phone makes it clear that this is personal, and as we now know, Statham is playing Ian Shaw, the brother of the film's villain Owen Shaw (Luke Evans), who is killed at the end.
