10 Scary Supercomputers From Movie History

9. The Aries Computer (1972)

Unfortunately, we will never see this one. The film was planned as an installment in a 12-part series of television movies, but before this it could be made the series was cancelled. The first movie in the series, Curse of the Moon Child, was set in Victorian London and starred Adam West as a man who confronts a cult of demonic children, all of whom were born under the sign of Cancer. Each movie in the series was to revolve around a different sign of the Zodiac. With Vincent Price cast in the leading role, The Aries Computer centered around a supercomputer that made all decisions for an overpopulated Earth. I wish these had been made; they sound interesting.
