10 Secret Post-Credits Movie Scenes That Were Absolute Genius
5. "The Actual Dewey Cox" - Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story
Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story is perhaps cinema's most hilarious skewering of lazy musical biopics, moldy tropes and all.
It's a film jam-packed with outrageously over-the-top humour, a collection of genuinely catchy tunes and a killer John C. Reilly performance that has to be seen to be believed.
But director Jake Kasdan leaves one final laugh for anyone who braved the five minutes of end credits: a clip featuring "the actual Dewey Cox" on who Reilly's performance is apparently based.
But of course, it's just Reilly wearing some face make-up to make himself look slightly different, adding yet another delicious layer to the film's self-aware meta-commentary about the played-out genre.
