The outbreak has been precariously contained; 28 weeks have passed since the Rage Virus got out and it all went to hell. The city is in ruins and the infected run wild and rampant, still trying to hunt down anyone and everyone who dares to get close to the quarantined zones.

Sergeant Doyle is a Delta Force sniper who arrives in London to assist in the extermination efforts; he wants to bring things back to normal as quickly as possible, whatever that might mean. Doyle soon discovers that the "ragers" are not the only hostiles characters left in this dystopian aftermath.

His superiors are equally, if not more dangerous than the rabid zombies. Shout out to a young Jeremy Renner, cast in this heroic role only a few years before starting his defining MCU stint as Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye.

Doyle is torn between his duty and his reality, but as long as he keeps his mind and skills in check, he won't have anything to fear. That sure sounds nice, but nah. He ends up biting the dust, but not before participating in one of the most impressive shootouts in zombie cinema history.
