With so many Superhero movies appearing in our cinemas in the last 10 years and with no sign of this slowing down anytime soon it is very easy to become a little jealous and envious of your favorite superhero characters. They are everywhere these days, and there is no hiding away from them unless you live in a cave (not a bat-cave mind you). You thought your life was going pretty well and you had almost everything you could ever want- until you turned on the TV or went to watch a movie and then realized that your life would only be complete once you had a super cool flying body suit made of iron. If you are anything like me or the main character in Kick-Ass, who've probably had this thought before: "Why aren't there more superheroes in the world?". You have probably also made a secret pact with yourself that when you finally win the Euromillions you will consider finally going to that store where every superhero somehow manages to get a perfectly form fitting awesome costume, creating an alias for yourself and going out and fighting crime. But what if you are actually a superhero but you just don't know it? What if you are destined to be the next Spider-man? What if it is only a matter of time before you find yourself accidentally caught in a nuclear experiment gone wrong or are bitten by some radioactive insect? Well don't fear because a WhatCulture contributor is here! This article will inform you of the 10 sure fire ways you will know once and for all if you are either destined to join the Avengers, or you are actually a son of an alien race with superpowers you have yet to discover. And don't worry, if the idea of having to save the world makes you a little anxious, it's fairly likely that if you don't fit into at least 5 of these categories, you probably won't be running around the streets of Gotham anytime soon...
