Last Genuinely Funny Movie: Wedding Crashers (2005) I don't want to have to rip on Owen Wilson: the guy is too darn affable for that, and I kind of really definitely seriously want him to be my cool friend who I go to cool parties with and later we go back and drink beers in his swimming pool and he helps me out with the ladies. Candid fantasies aside, Mr. Wilson has had a notable lack of funny ventures attached to his name as of late, and I think it's time that he stopped being lazy and stepped up. Although this guy is certainly amusing in everything, he's never been "ha-ha ohmyGod stop my sides are hurting" hilarious, which becomes majorly apparent when he signs up for movies like
The Big Year. Midnight In Paris was a recent success, sure, but it's not a proper comedy, so it doesn't count, okay? What Wilson needs to do? Start getting more creative, because he's getting old, and we hate that he agreed to
