6. Damian's Revenge

Titanic movie
20th Century Fox

When people talk about The Omen, they often talk about the supposed "curse" that befell the production. If it had been any other film, people would chalk things up to sheer bad luck. However, given the film's satanic nature, the tragedies that befell the cast and crew are clearly the work of the Devil himself.

A baboon handler hired for the chilling safari scene was later killed by a tiger. Whilst actor Gregory Peck's plane was struck by lightning, this freak act of nature also befell the film's screenwriter and producer on separate planes! And speaking of planes, the plane hired for aerial photography flew into a flock of birds and crashed, killing those on board.

The most chilling event linked to The Omen was when special effects designer John Richardson and his wife Liz Moore were involved in a fatal car crash. Moore was tragically killed in a manner that Richardson noted was eerily similar to the way David Warner's character is killed in the film. Stranger still, Richardson claims to have seen a road sign directing drivers to the town of Ommen, which was 66.6km away.
