8. Reva
In the fifth episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi, it is revealed that the Inquisitor known as Reva was in fact a Jedi survivor of Order 66. When a newly-appointed Darth Vader and the Clone Trooper 501st Legion arrived at the Jedi Temple, younglings were mercilessly slain by the Sith Lord, including Reva.
Even so, after taking a Lightsaber to the stomach, Reva survived and became an Imperial Inquisitor, hoping to get close to and kill Vader, avenging her youngling friends.
Minutes after this revelation, Reva is yet again stabbed in the abdomen after a very one-sided duel with Vader. Yet again, the Inquisitor brushed it off, bandaged her wound, and jetted off to Tatooine with her sights set on a young farm boy, Luke Skywalker.
Ultimately, Reva cannot bring herself to kill Skywalker, and seemingly rejects the dark side. Perhaps an argument could be made that she had survived both encounters with Vader, because she drew power from her hatred of him. Still, even if that is the case, there is no reason for her to survive past her 'redemption' in the final episode of the show, since she let go of that hatred.
