10 Star Wars Characters Whose Fates Were Left Unresolved

8. Trace And Rafa

In the long-awaited final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the 12 episodes were essentially split into three separate storylines. There was the introduction of the Bad Batch (which of course fed into Clone Force 99's own show), and Ahsoka's point of view of Order 66.

The other four episodes still surrounded Ahsoka, but on Coruscant's underbelly after excommunicating herself from the Jedi Order. Here, she befriended Trace, a wannabe pilot, and her older sister Rafa, who made a living in and around the line between legal and not.

The two sisters (who hated the Jedi Order by the way), grew close to Ahsoka Tano, and played a major role in the final season of The Clone Wars. However, outside of a single appearance in The Bad Batch season one, both Trace and Rafa have been MIA on Star Wars screens since.

During their appearance opposite Hunter and the rest of Clone Force 99, the clones turned over key Separatist information to Trace and Rafa, as their cause was greater than their own. How great could it have really been though, since nothing has been heard of it since? Will we ever find out what happened to Trace and Rafa? Could there be space on Disney+ for a live-action version in Ahsoka later this year, or have they simply faded into the binary sunset?
