When this image appeared from the Pinewood construction department, many were quick to assert that it was a snap of a rebel X-Wing spacecraft being built, though the hardcore Star Wars fans emerged from the woodwork and suggested that it was, in fact, a Z-95 Headhunter. The angle of the image makes it difficult to ascertain for sure, but then it's entirely possible that this craft is an upgraded version of either of the vehicles, so we can only speculate at this point. Either way, it's great to see some practical vehicles being built that keenly recall the style of the original movies. We can only hope that more images of it will appear soon, so we can try and figure out for sure quite what ride we're dealing with here.
