10 Star Wars Legends Characters We Desperately Want To Return

A major character in the 2003 video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Bastila Shan was a Jedi during the time of the Mandalorian Wars and the Jedi Civil War. However, unlike her fellow Jedi, Revan and Alek, Shan did not participate in the Mandalorian Wars. When Revan and Alek returned years later as Sith, Shan lead a team of Jedi which captured Revan and was responsible for the erasing of his memory.

The pair later crashed together on the planet Taris and joined forces, eventually making their way to Dantooine where Shan helped to train Revan as a Jedi once more. It wouldn’t be long before she was captured by Alek, now known as Darth Malak, and converted to the Dark Side. Revan was able to use his new skills as a Jedi to save her and defeat Malak. Shan and Revan fell in love and eventually had a child together named Vaner.

Bastila Shan is a major character in the Old Republic era, as well as her family line. Bastila was the ancestor of Satele Shan, the Jedi Order’s Grand Master during the 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic. Shan is certainly a popular character with fans of the Old Republic era, and another person Disney should use if they ever revisit that era in the new canon.
