While the Star Wars masses had been clamoring for more Boba Fett pretty much from his first appearance, when the time came for the bounty hunter's own show, it was actually quite disappointing.
The seven episodes felt more like The Mandalorian 2.5 and Boba Fett wasn't quite the badass people were expecting, but the series did include one of the most iconic Star Wars moments in recent memory: Ahsoka Tano finally met Luke Skywalker. This is a moment fans wouldn't have even dreamed of seeing a few years ago, yet here it was!
Both characters, arguably even more so than Obi-Wan Kenobi, are the most connected to Anakin Skywalker in the entire Star Wars universe. To have them share the screen, and in live action no less, was like a wish come true.
In this, Rosario Dawson was no different to the fandom, as she had no idea the scene was coming until the moment filming began. Lucasfilm's live-action Ahsoka took to Twitter to express just how much she geeked out when she found out it was Luke Skywalker she was talking to, and it's fair to say that any Star Wars fan would've reacted the same way.
