Just ask Rosario Dawson, with the Ahsoka Tano live-action sensation being handed a script beforehand that depicted her character conversing with Plo Koon during The Book of Boba Fett.
That was most definitely not the case in the end, however, as the actor eventually found out on the day that she would actually be performing opposite Mark Hamill himself in full Luke Skywalker mode before his iconic character would be digitally tinkered with in post-production.
