Although Attack of the Clones is considered Boba Fett's origin story, seeing what happened to him post Revenge of the Sith could be the real story. Fett has appeared on the Clone Wars animated series trying to find his way in the world of bounty hunters but what about the Fett in the armor? It could be a classic tale, much like a Batman or any other superhero, that puts on their costume or armor for the first time and embraces that persona. There is a lot of depth to exploring Boba Fett and his Mandalorian roots that a mentoring tale could easily be in store for him. Perhaps Boba Fett meets up with a mentor of his father or even another Mandalorian from his home and that mentor teaches him how to be the most feared man in the galaxy. After all, Boba Fett is an unaltered clone of Jango Fett, born and raised on the planet of Kamino. What does he really know about the Mandalorian ways? Much like the Jedi and Sith have holocrons about their history, perhaps Boba could find something similar about his father to learn the ways of being a bounty hunter or of his home people. This could be the true origin story of the man in the armor that all fans want to see.
