10 Storyline Ideas For A Boba Fett Spin Off Film

10. Boba Fett Reclaiming The Title Of Mandalore

When the Knights of the Old Republic video game was released back in July 2003 on the Xbox, fans were introduced further into who the Mandalorians were. We knew that Boba Fett wore their armor but it had never been explained who the Mandalorians actually were. Since writing a few articles lately on the subject of Star Wars, there have been a lot of comments about using the Knights of the Old Republic as some sort of background (yes readers, I see your comments and I'm with you on this) for a future Star Wars spin-off film. Boba Fett reclaiming the title of Mandalore would be a great story to see on screen. For those not in the know, the Mandalorians are a clannish, warrior people. Think of them as the Spartans of the Star Wars Galaxy and their leader is known as the Mandalore. The one that carriers the title of Mandalore is able to unite all of the Mandalorians. Classically, fans of the character know him as the bounty hunter cloaked in mystery behind the mask. However, we learned about his origins in Attack of the Clones and where his journey would begin after witnessing the death of his father Jango Fett at the hands of a Jedi. What if audiences saw an aged Boba Fett taking up the mantle of a leader and becoming Mandalore? Fans might be cautious of such a story but it could be a smart way to intertwine a spin-off film with the upcoming sequel trilogy if such a film took place in the same time frame, say roughly 30-40 years after Return of the Jedi. Fans want to see a Boba Fett tale but what if a film were made that introduced fans to legions of Boba Fett-like warriors?
