10 Strongest MCU Heroes To Never Join The Avengers

It has been well established that Groot and Baby Groot are two completely separate characters within the MCU, but given that their powers and abilities are pretty much exactly the same, it would be difficult to rank one above the other here.

When Groot was first introduced to the MCU, he was Rocket's muscle, literally there to protect the future Avenger from any creatures he might piss off that were bigger than him. Needless to say, this happened a lot. The 12 foot tall tree was the picture of strength, he bullied the alien that tried to intimidate the Guardians in the Kyln, and used his extendable limbs to great effect.

When Baby Groot was born out of the remains of Groot, though it may have taken a while, he was just as powerful as before. His smaller stature made him a target of the Ravagers, but he soon made one in particular regret it as he pounded him into the ground with his tree branch limbs.

As Baby Groot continues to grow he will likely get stronger, despite being incredibly powerful already, having created the handle for Stormbreaker at just the adolescent stage of his life.
