2. The Empire Strikes Back - Luke Learns To Power Jump
Empire Strikes Back is one of the best movies you'll ever see. Yet, there's more George Lucas had stashed away. Turns out Luke and Yoda spent all little more time together on Dagobah. When Luke and Vader are duelling, Luke falls into the carbon freezing chamber. Darth turns it on, but Luke makes a lucky escape jumping so high he is hanging from the ceiling. Where do you learn to do that? This super jump comes out of nowhere and Luke only started training a few hours ago. Seems Yoda had more to show young Skywalker teaching Luke to power jump. A whole montage showing more light-saber skills and how to jump super high was on the cards. Yoda would be perched on a branch while Luke would try (and fail) to jump up to him. Finally he would try jumping the length of a pond, it would still be an extraordinary leap, but he would still fall short six feet. This was then to be proceeded by the classic scene of Luke balancing on one hand and Yoda raising the spaceship from the swamp. This would have shown the leap from the chamber as the peak of Luke's training. But covering some inconsistency patches.
