Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece A Clockwork Orange isn't really an action movie in the literal sense, but it certainly contains more than enough violence to warrant consideration, not least when you take into account the most unusual weapon of choice anti-hero Alex (Malcolm McDowell) uses during one of his home invasions. Sex and death are considered two of the primal forces in human psychology, with the Freudian concept of eros and thanatos encapsulating this dynamic.
