Halle Berry landed her first film role in Spike Lee's Jungle Fever and, although it was a relatively small part, the actress wanted to make a big impression.

To get into character for the role of Vivian, a drug addict, Berry decided to visit a crack den, which for many would've been enough, but the actress really wanted the part to be all-consuming. And so she didn't bathe for two weeks.

That's because the junkie she's playing wouldn't have washed, even though we have no idea just how she would've smelled while in the role. It ended up being part of Berry's big break in Hollywood though, so while she certainly stunk, her performance definitely didn't.
