Though Adam Sandler's hit rom-com 50 First Dates isn't exactly a movie you're encouraged to pay extreme attention to, those who keep their eyes peeled in the final moments can uncover a most unexpected surprise.

When Sandler's protagonist Henry gets his big romantic reconciliation with amnesiac love interest Lucy (Drew Barrymore), he's surrounded by paintings and drawings of himself created by Lucy.

One of the fleeting art-pieces on display is a painting which bears a strong resemblance to the memorable poster art for Sandler's 2002 dramedy Punch Drunk Love, directed by Paul Thomas Anderson.

The similarity is clearly too distinct to be a mere coincidence. So, if you decide to watch Sandler's next inevitably risible Netflix comedy, keep an eye out for a potential Uncut Gems Easter egg kicking around somewhere.
