9. Mr. Walters Is Eating Cool Ranch Doritos (Because He's The Drug Supplier) - 21 Jump Street
21 Jump Street is far more than the dumb comedy movie it appears to be on the surface, its humour suffused with meticulous details as should be expected from the brilliant Phil Lord and Chris Miller.
Undercover cops Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) pose as high school students in order to track down the supplier of a dangerous narcotic called HFS (Holy F**king S**t), as is eventually revealed to be the school's P.E. teacher Mr. Walters (Rob Riggle).
When Schmidt and Jenko get a sample of HFS early in the film, Jenko comments that it tastes like Cool Ranch Doritos.
A few minutes later as the duo are tripping balls, they run into Mr. Walters who, for a brief moment, can be seen holding a pack of Cool Ranch Doritos.
It's incredibly easily missed because the Doritos packet is only on screen for a few seconds and held at an angle away from the camera, but nevertheless hints at the man's personal and professional keenness for Cool Ranch.
