10 Subtle Ways Movies Foreshadowed Major Spoilers

8. Earl Acts Out The Graboid's Death - Tremors

Who doesn't love Tremors, a movie that absolutely shouldn't work and yet, totally does.

The film concludes with the remaining Graboid worm smashing through a cliff face and falling to its splattery death on the rocks below, a memorable visual that's teed up in the movie's first two minutes.

When Valentine (Kevin Bacon) loudly wakes up his pal Earl (Fred Ward), a thoroughly startled Earl crawls out the back of their truck in his sleeping bag and falls to floor.

Between the fact that Earl in his sleeping bag looks a little like a Graboid worm, and the motion with which he falls to the ground, this is clearly a playful wink at repeat viewers, mirroring how the heroes manage to later save the day.
