10 Terrible Looking 2019 Movies That Will Shockingly Make A Profit
6. Terminator: Dark Fate
Release Date: November 1
The Terminator franchise is a cockroach that just won't die, and no matter how close it's come to box office oblivion in the past, it still continues to eke out an existence.
The upcoming sixth movie, Terminator: Dark Fate, doesn't yet have a trailer, but from the hideous promotional images and behind-the-scenes videos that have been released, things aren't looking good already.
And yet, it'll probably ending being mildly profitable for a few reasons. Firstly, James Cameron is intimately involved as a producer and it's directed by Deadpool's Tim Miller - both of which can be slapped all over the marketing - while the fully-fledged return of franchise vet Linda Hamilton for the first time in almost 30 years should intrigue even jaded Terminator fans. This is not to forget Arnie's returning presence, of course.
And even if none of that works, there's always China. Despite tanking domestically, Terminator Genisys grossed $113.2 million in the region - that's over 25% of its total worldwide gross - and there's little reason to believe Dark Fate won't follow suit.
Brave yourselves for this one turning out the series' second-most successful film to date and being utterly horrid.
Predicted Box Office: $480 million
