10 Terrible Looking 2019 Movies That Will Shockingly Make A Profit

5. Wonder Park

Wonder Park
Paramount

Release Date: March 15

Wonder Park looks like the sort of generic studio animation you'd expect to see produced by an algorithm rather than actual human beings.

It looks just formulaic and inoffensive enough to appeal to a wide diaspora of youngsters, even while creating lasting memories for few of them.

And that in of itself is a reason for any self-respecting adult to find it totally contemptible. An avalanche of animated movie cliches with so-so visuals to boot, this looks inane even for the standards of toddler-friendly froth.

But it'll also serve as decent counter-programming for parents whose kids are too young for Captain Marvel - which releases the week prior - and will get two fairly unopposed weeks at the box office before Dumbo releases on March 29.

With a sensible $100 million budget, it shouldn't have much trouble sliding into profitability, even if long-range box office tracking doesn't peg it as a sizeable hit.

Predicted Box Office: $220 million
