10. American Psycho 2
One of the best films to see in the millennium was American Psycho, directed by Mary Hannon, and featured Christian Bale as the terrifying yet endearing psychopath with a large bank balance and a libido to match. It is a modern classic and is applauded for its brilliant acting and stylish execution (no pun intended). Hoping to continue to the success of the series and maintain that sex factor, its sequel uses a fresh faced Mila Kunis as a female Patrick Bateman, and a weirdly cast William Shatner as her college professor. The film is an absolute wreck that does little to continue the genius of its predecessor with stale characters and a script to match. Bret Ellis, the author of the book which the original was adapted from, condemned the sequel and Kunis in an interview said she was embarrassed about the film.
Why it's in the top 10: Not scary, not funny, not intelligent. Only fan-boys of Kunis (and possibly Shatner) will find this worthy of their time.
