10 Things Batman Vs Superman Won't Do Better Than The Dark Knight Trilogy
5. Realistic Fight Sequences
One of the greatest things about the Dark Knight trilogy, and the Dark Knight Rises in particular, is how Nolan made his action sequences feel so physical. When Batman comes to blows with Bane in the final film, every punch, kick and exhalation of air feels so immensely powerful to the point that you feellike every blow takes extraordinary effort to perform. Even when Batman is tussling with a room full of hired goons, the choreography of such conflicts are always just as thrilling to watch as his face off with Bane. Snyder is no stranger to action scenes though. While we have no doubt that the director will wow us with some ridiculously over-the-top conflicts, we're not sure they're going to have the same weight or importance as Nolan's. We already know that Batman doesn't stand a hope in hell of beating Superman in a fistfight, so even if the conflict does, somehow, become physical, the outcome will have already been decided, taking away any tension.
