10 Things Fans Want To See In MCU Spider-Man 3

6. More of Ned in the chair

As one of the new additions to the Spider-Man lore, fans were introduced to Ned Leeds, Peter’s geeky best friend who is one of the few who knows his secret identity (well, until recent events anyway). Fans fell in love with this new character from Spider-Man: Homecoming who provided some of the best gags in both solo movies.

In the first outing for the web slinging teenager, Ned made a big deal about being Peter’s ‘guy in the chair’ who helps with technology from a remote location. This was a new element to Peter Parker because in both the original films and the Amazing Spider-Man movies, Peter Parker was a strictly solo act.

Fans got to see a small window into Ned in the chair toward the end of Homecoming and were excited to see the funny friend in the sequel. However, in Far From Home, audiences saw next to no ‘guy in the chair’ action from Ned.

He was merely comic relief throughout and fans are hoping for more in the third instalment. With Peter now a branded murderer, some remote support would be just the thing he needs.

Just plain, old sat at a computer with a head full of knowledge I mostly don't use I was born and raised in the Black Country near Birmingham, England however am now living in Manchester, England after I moved here two years ago. I currently attend the University of Salford, studying Broadcast Journalism. That's it really. Told you there was nothing special. If you're really that desperate for something to do, follow me on socials. Yes, I do like that ego boost.
