Zombieland should be required viewing for all potential horror movie protagonists going forward.

Far too many of our motley crews end up finally downing the terrifying beast only to not give the idea of perhaps shooting it a second time a passing thought and then have the gall to be surprised upon its apparent 'resurrection'.

The idea of the unkillable villain has been a tried and tested template since the dawn of horror with characters such as Michael Myers and Jason surviving an onslaught of firepower and collapsing buildings on a daily basis, so why is it that a young adult with a shotgun believes their one well timed shot is all that it'll take to finish them off for good?

And it's so obvious when it's happening that the resultant "resurrection" ends up inducing no more than an eyeroll.
