10 Things We Learned From Marvel's 'Assembling A Universe'

2. Guardians Of The Galaxy Still Needs Some Selling

On the other side of the coin, Marvel put up a rather disappointing effort when it came to pitching the still hard sell that is Guardians of The Galaxy. If we thought the Winter Soldier segment of the evening was thin on details, we were treated to an even more disappointing bullet point presentation about James Gunn's initial foray into comic book movies. Only stars Chris Pratt and Vin Diesel were on hand to discuss the film, and any new characters who weren't Karen Gillan's Nebula were glossed over with quick cuts. Hoping for a first look of Ronan The Accuser? Looking forward to seeing Glenn Close as Nova Prime? Eager to see Rocket Raccoon doing something new and exciting? That's what the Internet is apparently for, as the freeze frames of these characters are all that's been provided for this "new" look at a film that can use all of the help it can get. Or maybe that's exactly where Marvel wants us to go to find out more about the movie?
