4. Endless Collateral Damage Debates
Civil War did an admittedly fantastic job debating the nature of heroism in the "real world", where no matter how careful superheroes are, human collateral damage is an inevitability.
That said, with both Batman v Superman and Civil War broaching the subject this summer, aren't we as viewers just feeling a little bit fed up of it?
There's a point where the debate just feels tacked-on for its own sake in order to imply "depth", but it's been done well, and now would be a time to move on from it.
If Infinity War in particular is accompanied by extensive debates about Thanos' destruction and The Avengers role in "provoking" it, then it's going to feel pretty damn tired and played out.
It's been done, now let's move on and keep things fun and interesting.
