10 Things The MCU Needs To Do With The Fantastic Four
5. Don't Make Reed A Jerk
If there is one stereotype that people love to throw around about the Fantastic Four, it's that Reed Richards is a colossal jerk. Granted, books like Civil War have done little to dispute this, and one of Reed's defining characteristics is that he often lets his eccentricities get the better of him simply because he is thinking faster and in more complex a manner than literally everyone around him.
But that does not a jerk make, and the team behind the upcoming movie would do well to remember that.
The theme of the story of Reed Richards should always be that intelligence makes you a better person, both to yourself and to the people around you, and that the responsibility of a great intellect should always be to make the lives of everyone around them better. Having Reed treat everyone around him like garbage would diminish that somewhat, just saying.
