10 Things We Spotted In Spider-Man: No Way Home Trailer
6. It Will Take Place Over Several Months
The trailer makes it abundantly clear that No Way Home will be one of the more expansive MCU movies to date, not taking place over a matter of days or weeks but in fact months.
It seems that the film will kick off pretty much directly after Far From Home as Peter deals with the fallout of being exposed as Spider-Man and accused of Mysterio's murder.
Far From Home concluded in the late summer, and at some point this movie's narrative will nudge forward a few months to Halloween, given that Peter is inspired to pay Doctor Strange a visit after looking at a Halloween decoration of a witch.
But it will also go much further than that. Set photos from many months ago confirmed that at least part of the film will be set at Christmas.
This means that the peculiar glimpse of snow in the Sanctum Sanctorum - despite the weather outside not being wintry at all - isn't a one-off gag. Given the film's December 17 release date, a Yuletide setting makes absolute sense.
All in all, it seems likely that No Way Home will take place from August or September into December or even January, which is a pretty far span of time for an MCU film not called Avengers: Endgame.
