3. Neighborhood Block Party!

It was rare to walk into a Blockbuster and not see someone you knew. Whether it was a teacher, a classmate, or someone who lived down the street, you always went there with the intention of walking in and out, but you ended up staying there for hours chatting with someone. Most of the time it was nice! You had a bad day, didn't want to do anything, moseyed to Blockbuster and ended up reconnecting with someone you hadn't seen in months. Coming back from college on winter break was a field trip in itself. Blockbuster was for underaged youths what bars are for 21 and older patrons, which I always thought was nice.
