Damn, is there anything Donald Glover can't do? Seriously...leave something for the rest of us! As of writing Glover is a writer, actor, comedian, musician and now the creator of his very own TV show. At this rate, it'll be Glover running for President in 2020, not Kanye.
Atlanta is a comedy-drama series which airs on the American channel FX. It follows a young man named Earn (played by Donald Glover) during his daily live in Atlanta, Georgia. We follow earn as he tries to navigate his relationship with his girlfriend, parents and cousin, the latter of whom is an upcoming musician named Paper Boi.
The show is hard to describe, in that its heavily reliant on relationships rather than dramatic set pieces, but it's hugely compelling, and one of the most interesting projects Glover has ever worked on. Within two weeks of its premiere FX announced that it would receive a second season, surprising absolutely no-one.
