Jones has only recently come to prominence thanks to some more high-profile roles the Star Wars news being the latest in a long trail behind her meteoric rise but she's been working on the screen for majority of her 31 years. Her first part came at just 12 years old, starring opposite an equally young Keira Knightley in fantasy TV movie The Treasure Seekers. Which you probably haven't heard of but, for readers of a certain age, you've almost definitely heard of The Worst Witch. Based on the book series of the same name by Jill Murphy, the CITV show followed the trials and tribulations of Mildred Hubble, an aspiring sorcerer at an all-girls witching school. Georgina Sherrington, who played Mildred, is now mostly found in direct-to-video horror movies like Welcome To Purgatory and Welcome To Purgatory II: The Journey to Hell. Much better served is Ethel Hallow, Mildred's perpetual nemesis throughout The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College played by Felicity Jones.
