10. Zack Snyder Returns - And Is Slated To Direct Two Subsequent Justice League Movies

Zack Snyder (pictured above with Chris Nolan) gave us the first decent Superman film in years (at the very least, the first memorable one), and as a result, he gets to return to helm Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. There are a lot of questions surrounding how Snyder will handle the expanded cast of characters in the film, but it seems that Warner Bros. has faith in him, as he is slated to direct not one but two Justice League movies after Dawn of Justice, one in 2017 and a second in 2019. It seems like Snyder has the rest of the decade pretty much booked solid, and while it does speak to how much Warner Brothers trusts Snyder with the property, it also puts a ton of responsibility on his shoulders. It's not just the Justice League films that are riding on his success (or failure) - it's possibly several standalone films as well. Unlike Marvel, who opted to establish the majority of The Avengers in their own movies prior to bring then together, DC and Warner Bros. are basically working in reverse: it's Dawn of Justice first, followed by several standalone films for the primary characters. Can Snyder pull it off?
