1. Is Spider-Man Heading To The Savage Land?
Once again going back to the "Sony Hack" offers up an idea of what might be in store for young Peter Parker in his first solo movie, and it's unlike anything that's come before. Sony execs expressed a desire to take Spider-Man out of his usual New York setting, speculating about how unique it would be to see the iconic red and blue costume in a snowy landscape or swinging through the jungle. It may sound ridiculous, but some of the character's most enjoyable and memorable adventures have taken place in foreign locales. Recent rumours have indicated that the Spider-Man reboot will revolve around villain Kraven the Hunter and that it will be at least partially set in the Savage Land. That's an iconic Marvel location that is essentially a prehistoric jungle hidden away in the Arctic. Oh, and yeah, there are dinosaurs. This may sound like an insane premise for a Spider-Man movie, but after the success of Jurassic World, Marvel might want to move in on the dinosaur business! Plus, if there's anyone who could make this work, it's them... What do you make of the new Spider-Man? Share your thoughts down in the comments.
