10 Things You Never Knew About Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Did you know these things about Bueller? Bueller?

No matter how many years go by, you€™ll always be able to relate to Ferris and his childish antics. He€™s just a normal kid who doesn€™t want to deal with his responsibilities, and who could blame him? If you could find a way to skip school or work to watch a baseball game, walk through a museum, and star in a parade, would you turn the opportunity down? While you can€™t act like Ferris every single day, he€™s the type of person you should be when you have an actual day off. Don€™t waste it by sitting around and moping like Cameron. Get up and have some adventures that you can brag about when you€™re old. You just can€™t forget that classic line: €œLife moves pretty fast. If you don€™t stop and look around once and a while, you could miss it.€ As lighthearted as the film is, it took some blood and sweat to make it happen. John Hughes isn€™t an easy man to work with, and even though the original cut was two hours and forty-five minutes, he still wanted to film more footage. That didn€™t end up happening, but he did end up with a great film and some great stories about how it was made.
