As mentioned, the franchise itself is full to the brim with clues and details that link them all together within the Cloververse. In the original movie, Rob is said to be leaving New York for a new job - later to be revealed as Slusho!, a brand used in all Bad Robot production films.

Within the fake websites set up for the movie, fans found that Slusho! was a Japanese drinks company connected with Tagruato, first introduced within the movies alternate reality game. The main ingredient of the drinks is said to have come from the Atlantic Ocean where the alien first originated.

In 10 Cloverfield Lane, Howard's post reveals that he is working for Bold Futura, another branched company from Tagruato. On the fake website set up for the company itself, Howard works with the government satellites, which is how he eventually found out about the oncoming attack.

But that's not all for hidden Easter egg details. Within the first film, Abrams makes reference to a multitude of horror monsters, most obviously Godzilla's attack. Fans discovered that when pausing the film at certain moments of glitches, clips from early apocalypse films throughout cinema history have been added in.
