It was widely reported that Unsane was shot in secret on an iPhone, but barely anyone talked about the fact that Matt Damon actually had a tiny role in the film - as a man who advises the main character.
The fact that a major star had a cameo in this small-scale horror film isn't really in keeping with the tone of the film. That doesn't matter though if you're Matt Damon - you can be in whatever you want.
