5. House Of The Rising Sun - The Animals, Casino
A chilling folk song fit for some extremely chilling scenes. The violence and mayhem that occurs along to this song is crazy, a pretty similar scene to one we see in Goodfellas where the proverbial trash is well and truly 'taken out'. Joe Pesci's character is also very disturbingly killed off in this large and gruesome sweep. Despite the similarities in this scene to the one in Goodfellas, the song used in Casino makes it so much more harrowing and helps it to stand out in your memory. House Of The Rising Sun is used pretty often in movies and commercials and more recently in a teaser for FX's American Horror Story, where they have opted for a hugely menacing take on the song.
