4. Be Faithful - Fatman Scoop, Save The Last Dance
"Base Drop"!!! Club scenes can be so repetitive in movies, time and time again movies fail to create the right atmosphere leaving the audience feeling like a spectator as opposed to a fellow club goer. In this Save The Last Dance club scene, we are thrown right into the thick of it and this is thanks to the song choice. As soon as the first line to Be Faithful drops, the club goes off and the atmosphere continues to build throughout the song. Ok so this scene ends in a fist fight, but I personally almost missed that part in the movie because I was dancing like a crazy person whilst looking for a fifty dollar bill so I could throw my hands up! This song will forever be associated with the movie and is a big club hit because of this.
