3. Terminator: Salvation
Lets make no bones about it; Salvation is a massive step above T3: Rise Of The Machines. With good to very good performances by most of the cast, exceptional action sequences and a "kind of" Arnie cameo, Salvation hit a lot of the right buttons. There was something vital missing from the franchises fourth instalment though. There was little to differentiate it from previous entries, leaving all the action and plot points seem like a hollow rehash. The trailer on the other hand is pretty bloody epic. With our familiar metal skull gracing the screen, we are shown Christian Bale running around, shooting guns while screaming at and into machines.
