10 Unforgivably Bad CGI Scenes In BILLION Dollar Movies

5. Avengers: Infinity War - Hulk Busts Out (Sort of)

There's enough rumblings out there to call it a full-blown discussion on Marvel's post-production processes, from the colour grading to the effects work - and while both Infinity War and Endgame picked up rightful Oscar nominations for their work, they're still no exceptions to the rule, with a couple of woolly moments amid their otherwise sterling results.

The scene where Tony Stark launches a double punch in his Iron Man suit against Thanos on Titan is one that, in the fluidity and heat of battle, doesn't look quite as airless as it does in a freeze-frame - but alas, Mark Ruffalo's disembodied head in the Hulkbuster armour, near the end of the Battle of Wakanda, undoubtedly does, with the actor looking comically out of proportion.

(Endgame's Smart Hulk is much superior.)

Something of a culture vulture, Mr Steel can historically be found in three places; the local cinema, the local stadium or the local chip shop. He is an avowed fan of franchise films, amateur cricket and power-chords.
