Nobody could have predicted the success of the last movie in Disney's animated canon, Frozen, which - thanks to its charming songs - went on to become one of the highest-grossing movies of all-time, raking in over a billion at the box office. To follow Frozen, then, Disney have opted to adapt their first ever Marvel comic in Big Hero 6, which chronicles the adventures of a young robotics expert named Hiro and his robot companion, Baymax. Directed by Don Hall and Chris Williams, the plot hones in on a ragtag team of crime-fighting heroes, and features voice work from the likes of Scott Adsit, Damon Wayans Jr., and Maya Rudolph. Heavily influenced by Japanese aesethics - indeed, the visual style has been compared to that of Blade Runner - this looks to be a lot different from any other films in the Disney canon. But given the talent involved, we can't wait to see what it's all about.
Cineworld has over 800 screens in the UK, including 10 IMAX venues, and show films in both 2D and 3D - making it an ideal destination to catch any upcoming movies.
