10 Upcoming Comic Book Movie Decisions That Have Already Angered Fans

6. Ezra Miller As The Flash Instead Of Grant Gustin

When Warner Bros went ahead and announced their slate of upcoming superhero films, it seemed like they'd finally got one up on Marvel. Not only had the Distinguished Competition coaxed an Academy Award winner to play one of their biggest heroes, but they were also flying high on two incredibly popular TV series that put Agents Of SHIELD to shame. Double whammy! Except those too successes were also sort of at odds. The news that We Need To Talk About Kevin's Ezra Miller would be playing The Flash on the big screen was exciting...but it came around the time that Grant Gustin debuted as the character on the small screen, to much fan fare. Fan being the operative word. Spinning out of Arrow, The Flash TV show had a considerable built-in obsessive fan base; the quality of the series so far has helped even more. Seeing their boy Gustin get shanghaied didn't inure people to the big-screen Flash €“ including Arrow star Stephen Amell.
